Elpida to procure Powerchip"s entire DRAM output
Elpida Memory, Inc. and Powerchip Technology Corp. have agreed that Elpida will purchase all DRAM chips fabricated by Powerchip, the companies announced today. The agreement will come into effect once the final contract has been concluded, at a date as yet undisclosed.
