Job Description:


  • Simulate light-matter interaction and optical imaging using both commercial tools and in-house software
  • Analysis of theoretical and engineering limits on detection of nano-scale structures
  • Numerical analysis of state-of-the-art optical imaging and detection schemes
  • Help build new simulation capabilities, algorithms and infrastructure

Required Qualifications:


  • MSc/PhD students in physics/optics/electrical engineering
  • Strong background and interest in computational physics
  • Excellent coding and analytical skills
  • Background in scattering theory, optics, theoretical physics, and/or OOP an advantage
  • MATLAB fluent
